TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR USING OUR OTTAWA STORAGE FACILITY

This agreement is for the provision of a storage facility only.

The storage facility is to be used entirely at the risk of the client.

Colonial Storage shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to any equipment stored on the premises, or any injury, however caused.

Colonial Storage does not supply any utilities, such as electricity, water or sanitation facilities.

Reminder: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to accommodate snow removal in front of your storage area for access during the winter months.

During the winter months, clients should not enter property during a snow storm or freezing rain. Please contact owner at 613-223-7732 for updates on winter access.

Storage facility access is provided with the use of an electronic access card, which is to be used by the person named on this agreement only.

Colonial Storage does not provide supervision over any equipment in this facility.

It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain proper insurance on their equipment.

Colonial Storage can terminate this agreement without cause and without liability upon issuance of 10 days written notice.
